Answers

  • You may return your order if the product is defective prior to opening or if upon opening the product it is defective with photographic evidence. We do not offer returns for goods damaged in transit as that is out of our control.
  • Yes, We have the option of in-store pick up at checkout.
  • We have AfterPay available on our store.

  • If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe please email rossandcohairdesign@gmail.com or phone us on 07 8533 483 and we will do our best to locate your parcel. Alternatively you can use your tracking number and contact your local post depot for further information.

 

 

Frequently asked questions about the salon?

Do you offer late nights & Saturdays?

Yes we offer two late nights each week however we do charge a small surcharge of $15.

This applies to your invoice even if your appointment begins before 3pm and finishes after 5pm.

 

Do you offer children's haircuts?

Yes however we only take children from the age of 12.

Why are children's haircuts the same price?

Children's hair cuts are charged out at the same rate as they are booked in for the same length of time and require the same level of expertise.
